He responded with a truism.

If we remove the fat and salt in our meals would be out of business.

As follows: Fast food and processed foods are easy to eat and prepare. Besides the good taste to the palate. As a result we eat these foods every day.

Are they good for you? -No.

They are tasty? Man

Are they good for you? -No.

I saw a lady in a McDonald's one day. She was obviously on weight to the point of obesity. Ordered two Big Mac? S, large fries, two apple pies, and because I was on a diet cola ordered a Diet Coke. Then he sat down and ate it all by herself. She told the operator that you are on a diet that's why I wanted a diet soda.

That kind of person is in a quagmire. She will have to change their attitude if she really wanted to lose weight. She addresses important health issues. However, she will tell you the food at McDonald's is delicious. And you're right about the taste. What happens to your body and health that is ignoring?
