Great weight loss for women!
There are some myths about weight loss, some are true and some are false, as we have no scientific evidence. Some myths lead us in the wrong way so they must be studied carefully and if proven scientifically then followed.
1. Some foods like celery, grapefruit and cabbage soup burns fat in the body and aid in weight loss. The fact is that fat can not be burned by any vegetable or fr uta. Since citrus fruits contain a lot of water and some foods contain fiber that is said to help you lose weight. When a large amount of fluid intake is the appetite is lost due to the water intake and food so you eat less resulting in weight loss.
2. Anyone can lose weight eating whatever they want. This is true if dietary intake is burned during exercise. The excess energy in the body is stored in the liver as glycogen, and if not used turns to fat more. By eating much without exercise the weight will increase depending on the type of food eaten.
3. fat or low-calorie fat means no. It is true that fat or fat contains no calories. Apart from fat, carbohydrates and protein have calories and provide energy. The excess energy in the body is stored in the liver as glycogen and if not used turns to fat and this is also true for proteins and carbohydrates.
4. Skipping meals is a great way to lose weight. Not true, because the food is like skipping starving. Hunger leads to hunger while eating. So more food is consumed while eating at long weight increases and therefore hunger.
