Five worst ways to lose weight

5 worst ways to lose weight

Although some people may want to cut for an event or be able to wear a certain costume, there are many who want to have a healthier lifestyle in general. As this is easier said than done, weight loss (and maintenance) comes from a combination of a balanced diet and sedentary life style. Often people jump on methods of get-thin-quick which may result in additional health problems, weight gain and vector again is death. Everyone has different dietary needs greater meaning that a person has to lose, more care must be taken to ensure healthy outcomes.

Best to avoid these methods -

Smoking - although the flavor of snuff can kill cravings and some brands can act as a laxative at first, the results (loss of body water) do not bring lasting results. Besides addiction, respiratory problems, poor circulation of blood and the deaths of others including cancer - chemicals (such as ammonia) in the snuff not intended for direct human consumption.

Fasting - unless controlled by medical or religious reasons, it's never good to pass more than one meal a day.

Food one-food group carbohydrates, while madness made us realize that lettuce can be substituted for hamburger buns, some were too far away to completely avoid carbs. If the change to a vegetarian diet, make sure it is balanced by other non-meat food groups.

Infomercial products - the face, most people who act as "spokespersons" are usually out of work actors who never had real notoriety. It is rare to be approved by the Federal Drug Administration (FDA) and it takes several trials before being recalled. Despite the monetary gain resulting from a lawsuit, chances are that your health will not be restored.

Debugging and extreme use of laxatives are not healthy internal organs, causing malnutrition and dehydration caused by loss of body fluids.
