Losing weight after pregnancy is not as difficult as it seems. Most things in life that seems difficult is not very difficult to achieve. However, it is our mindset that prevents us from doing what we do. We have so many reasons (excuses) for not losing weight, but goes back to a fundamental belief, which is the fact that we do not deserve it. So the pain of losing weight after pregnancy appears superior to not lose weight. That's why you tend and overweight.

The trick: Now, this is what you do to turn your obstacle into a device to guide you in your weight loss. The trick is to have the consequence of not changing, in your mind, the higher the pain to go ahead with the change you want.
