Walking to lose weight

Walking to lose weight - Can be limited to walking help weight court and make you look like a movie star?

Are you thinking about walking to lose weight? If you're really out of shape, overweight and pants and wheezing just climbing the stairs to your bedroom, you may have no choice but to start walking to lose weight. How do you know you're out of shape? Well, for the clothes do not fit anymore. In addition, your doctor is concerned about the risk of heart disease in your near future.

So how effective is walking for weight loss? Will have the body of a movie star later this month? O appears next top model of the United States? Not quite, here are the facts:

1. If you walk slowly to say 30 minutes will burn about 75 calories.

Big Mac accumulate about 576 calories. So you will have to walk about 4 hours to burn off the calories. Not so easy huh?

2. So eventually have to walk faster to burn more calories.

The ultimate goal is to run or jog, which is worth 300 calories. So walking alone is not enough.

3. Finally, if you like it or not, I'm sorry to say that still need to diet or at least change your eating habits to lose those extra pounds really.

There is a point to burn calories while walking and eventually running when you eat more calories than you burn. It is a simple equation to do. So if you going to put in all that effort, why not maximize the results you get by combining exercise with an easy to do, highly effective and safe diet plan.
